World Dumpling Day At Mama Shelter

Join Mama as she celebrates World Dumpling Day with recipe-creator and bestselling author of ‘Have You Eaten?’ Verna Gao on Thursday 26th September.

Guests can expect a 7-course feast hosted by Verna and Mama’s Executive Chef Karan Ghosh. It will be a family style affair on long tables so guests can come expecting to make new friends!

The menu will comprise starters of Wontons with Chilli Oil, Vegetable Spring Rolls and Prawn Cracker Tacos with Mango Salsa, Sharing Mains of Shanghai-style Red Braised Pork Belly served with Steamed Rice and Som Tum Salad and a dessert of Verna’s Matcha Mochi Brownies.

Join Verna at Mama’s upcoming World Dumpling Day Supper Club on Thursday 26th September 2024 from 6.30pm with tickets from £50.
