East London Art Prize
The East London Art Prize celebrates the best new artistic talent this side of the city and is now open for entries.
The all-media prize showcases work from artists living or working within an ‘E’ postcode (such as E8 or Hoxton Radio’s EC2) and is run by affordable studio provider Bow Arts.
First prize is £15,000 cash and a solo exhibition at the Nunnery Gallery. Second place receives a year’s free studio space at Bow Arts and all works shortlisted will be presented at an exhibition.
Any submissions are welcome and cost £10, with a concession rate of £7. The deadline for entries is August 31st, more information here.
