RA Summer Exhibition 2022
The Royal Academy Of Arts Summer Exhibition 2022 brings together the most vibrant and and bold collection of creativity to the RA for the 254th edition of the show.
Over 15,000 submissions were narrowed down by experts to around 1200 pieces that span a range of media; there will be expressionist oil paintings from the likes of Michael Armitage, iron & marble sculptures from the likes of Kathleen Ryan and even architectural structures made from elephant dung by Boonserm Premthada.
A highlight will be Christina Iglesias’ Humid Labrinth Room; visitors will be able to step inside the large-scale installation which aims to expose the reality of climate change and media’s portrayal of the global crisis.
Plus most of the artwork is available for purchase, so you can leave the exhibition with an original work for your home, as well as a very inspired mind.
Royal Academy of Art’s Summer Exhibition takes place Tuesday 21st June – Sunday 21st August and tickets are available on their website.
