Dumpling Shack Hackney

Dumpling Shack is opening their first restaurant this June in Hackney, bringing their same sensational flavours to Westgate Street, but with a bigger menu, a bigger site and a bigger vegan selection.

Eight years ago Dumpling Shack started life as a small street food stall on Broadway Market, so their return to Hackney feels full circle for owners John & Yee Li.

Dumpling Shack’s new menu items include the bold flavours of Sichuan – think crispy fried chicken sandwiches smothered in sauces and covered in chillis and slaw.

Vegans rejoice as there are plenty of options for you too, we’re talking fried panko coated aubergine with honey mama sauce in a brioche bun with all the sides, and you can satisfy your sweet tooth with a selection of deserts, or perhaps their Hong Kong Milk Tea flavoured milkshake.
