Dead Full x Selin Kiazim

This week Jordan and Dave were joined by master of chocolate, William Curley and queen of Turkish cuisine, Selin Kiazim for today’s delicious Dead Full.

First up William Curley – specialist, independent patissier and chocolatier – with his 15 years of experience in the industry he talked us through the craft of quality chocolate.
