LIBERTY PHELPS X HACKNEY FRESH AND LIV AUSTEN

Today in the studio Liberty was joined by Hackney Fresh to talk all things organic ahead of Wake Up To Organic and singer-song writer Liv Austen, who spoke about her latest album ‘A Moment of Your Time’.

Located at 334 Mare St., Hackney Fresh are providing the local community with organic fruit and veg and are leading the way into making East London a more environmentally friendly source for wholefoods. The owner, Sevban Oz popped in to tell us about how important it is to know what is in your food as well as its benefits including being better for the planet and animal welfare. Then in a quick changeover Libby welcomed singer-songwriter Liv Austen into the Hoxton House. They chatted about Liv’s latest album which is all about the honesty of heartbreak (but there’s some upbeat ones in there too!). The Norwegian born singer came to the UK as an actress and can be seen in Channel 4’s Humans and has thrived in the music industry. The played three tracks off of the album including Detour, Window Shopping and Whole Heart and were giving away a signed vinyl.
