Dead Full The London Food And Drink Show with Adam Handling and Campari stopping by to say hi to Jordan and The Preshaah buzzing after a full on week of theatre and fine dining galavanting across London.
Adam Handling who runs Frog here in Hoxton Square along with sites in Covent Garden and Chelsea talked about the latest venture at Iron and Stag where chefs can use his space free of charge to run pop up restaurants across the week.
Adam gave shared with us an insightful tale from his beginings pealing potatoes at The Gleneagles Hotel to setting up his first venture E1 next to the Truman Brewery to now running the Adam Handling group with 6 restaurants and bars in the chain.
