Young V&A Opens this Saturday

The Young V&A is reopening its doors to visitors from Bethnal Green and beyond this Saturday 1st July after a 3 year renovation project.

Formerly known as The Museum of Childhood, The Young V&A is a creative and sensory haven, flooded with natural light & full of playful activities sure to delight babies, children, teens and their adults.

Described as a ‘doing museum’, the space is packed with hands-on experiences including a story-telling stage, sensory playscapes and optical illusions that can be found in three new galleries: Play, Imagine and Design.

Young V&A opens on Saturday 1st July. Check out their programme of events lined up for local families, including a free Summer Festival on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 July.
