XG at Wembley

London’s K-pop takeover continues this autumn as XG return to Wembley on 2 September, this time with a headline show at OVO Arena Wembley as part of their massive WORLD TOUR: THE CORE. And let’s be honest, it feels like the next logical step after the seven-member powerhouse wowed crowds at Capital’s Summertime Ball just a few months ago, sharing a bill with heavy hitters including Calvin Harris, RAYE and Bebe Rexha.

For those still discovering them, XG – short for “Xtraordinary Girls” – debuted in 2022 with the swagger-filled single “Tippy Toes” and have quickly become one of the most exciting global acts to emerge from Asia. Blending hip-hop, R&B, pop and fierce choreography, the group have built a loyal international fanbase known as ALPHAZ.

Their latest release, THE CORE – 核, dropped in January and marked a huge milestone, becoming their first full-length album and landing in the Billboard 200 Top 100. The album also provides the foundation for their current world tour, which follows a hugely successful first global trek that attracted hundreds of thousands of fans worldwide.

From stadium appearances to sold-out arena shows, XG’s rise shows no sign of slowing down. Wembley, round two? Expect plenty of noise, energy and a sea of ALPHAZ ready to howl.
