V&A – Donatello: Sculpting the Renaissance

Transport back to 15th century Italy this Spring as the V&A welcomes an exceptional display from Renaissance master, Donatello.

Gaze at the work of Donatello and his predecessors with eye-catching paintings and scriptures dotting the exhibition with over 130 rare artefacts and pictures on display.

Watch a short film demonstrating how the sculptures were made, while taking a glimpse at the tools required to create outstanding pieces like David with the head of Goliath.
