Frankie Friday is back once again and it’s competition time! You may remember last week her big announcement that GLOW, Frankie’s retro fitness & dance business, is showcasing at Hackney Festival of Fitness on Saturday 18th May. Expect a super fun, killer disco dance workout! GLOW will be bringing all the retro fun & 70s funk to Hackney Marshes, and will ne doing so in some sparkly leg warmers & bell bottom lunges.
