Taste of Summer with Galvin Restaurants

Summer is the season for fresh eats and fun dining, and you can get the full experience of a Michelin star meal at a bargain price as Galvin Restaurants brings its Mediterranean-inspired Taste of Summer menus to each of their three locations.

At Galvin la Chapelle in Spitalfields, get a taste of elegance in a former Victorian school, with a menu featuring duck liver parfait with Moroccan spices and fermented peach and amalfi lemon tart with burnt soft meringue.

Just next door, Galvin Bistrot & Bar offers a more casual dining experience without sacrificing quality. They offer a menu designed for sharing, including a British burrata with sundried tomato and rocket pesto and house tiramisu.

If you’re looking to get outside the city, Galvin Green Man in Chelmsford will also offer two and three-course tasting menus through the summer.
