Signature Brew launches gluten free IPA ‘Rewind’

Signature Brew are launching a new gluten-free lager named Rewind.

The music and event focused brewery, which recently re-opened its Haggerston based taproom, describe the new Indian Pale Lager as having bold hints of pine and citrus.

The brewing process has been reversed to remove the gluten from the lager, without impacting the flavour.

Signature Brewery won SIBA’s highly prestigious Brewery Business of the Year and are seen as the number one brewery for band collaboration beers, having brewed with Mastodon, Idles, alt-J and Slaves, to name a few.

A six pack of the ‘Rewind’ IPA is available to buy on their website from £15.99.
