Reporter Part Time

Hoxton Radio are looking for a reporter to join us on a part time basis covering news and events across East London.

You will write news stories for the website, read news on air and report in the field at events and openings across our area – Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Islington and the City of London.

If you are looking to gain experience in multi media journalism and live radio production while learning about the industry in a creative buzzing environment then get in touch.

You will be expected to attend parties, gigs and social events on behalf of Hoxton Radio networking with local businesses and getting to try new experiences for the first time to report back on the radio.

You’ll record vox interviews and video clips of street style, organise guests for our shows and assist with social media and updating pages of our website – www.hoxtonradio.com

Ideal for a 2nd or 3rd year university student studying journalism, media, drama, English.
