NONDEF | CD Sounds: Mosh Balogun

Say what you will about work but that monthly cheque is easy to get comfortable with. Perhaps too comfortable. A leap into the darkness to do something we really want to do, without that month-end payment is a daunting prospect. That’s what ex-Burson creative Mosh Balogun did, committed to continue the work he’d already started with his apparel label, SOFT.

He’s weeks into the journey and I wanted to catch him for a view from now. With a soundtrack including slinky Dennis Edwards soul, Dizzee Rascal and Olamide, plus a surprise Donae’O interlude, Mosh spins the thinking around, reminding us that our defaults may be wrong.
