This week was part one of the my Spotify wrapped list! The show was dedicated to pulling some of my favourite tracks I have played the most over the year.

We kicked off with my number one track this year, which is Supernova which I apparently played the most. Second was not even kpop, it was a re-mix from JVKE and SB19 who are a Filipino by band who I absolutely love. The song ‘Golden Hour’ had their hypnotic vocals added to the second verse.

My fave boy band NCT 127 was of course featured with what I thought would have been my top track with ‘Walk’. We had the funky ‘Brought the Head Back’ from new faves Enhypen, with afro-pop, ‘Smart’ from Le Sserafim. We followed up with two epic tracks from OGs Shinee with recent hits Juice and Hard. Bouncy from Ateez, then there was ‘I love you’ from the iconic 2NE1 as we await news of new tracks.

The classic r&b track ‘Hear me out’ from EXO, ‘Step Back’ from SM super girl group GOT who only managed two releases before creator Lee Soo Man was kicked out of the label. Of course no list would be complete without mega group BTS, so I hunted down a hip hop vibe which I prefer with ‘Run BTS’ as opposed to some of the sickly sweet recent stuff they have done.

Our epic sweet ending was with ‘How Sweet’ from Newjeans and ‘Meastro’ from Seventeen.
