HAUSmate at KERB Counter
KERB Counter is hosting a new residency this week from HAUSmate as it continues to champion a range of emerging food businesses.
Celebrating local produce and independent London producers, HAUSmate is the brainchild of steakHAUS extraordinaire Lily Lettuce and cooks bangers such as wild garlic tempura crisps, Maldon oysters with Hackney hot sauce and cheesecake cones with gingernut and raspberry crumbs.
Set in the heart of Shoreditch, KERB Counter regularly welcomes street food maestros and boasts a bar stocked with drinks from Gispy Hill Brewing Co. and Hoxton Radio’s good friends at East London Liquor Co.
