Feel the Sound At The Barbican

Have you ever felt music with no sound? This summer you can at the Barbican. Feel the Sound invites audiences into a multi-sensory immersive exhibition that challenges us to listen not just with our ears, but with our whole bodies.

An exhibition which highlights how noise shapes our lives through vibrations, rhythmic patterns and frequencies, Feel the Sound sets out to ‘awaken the senses, embrace our sonic world and discover the sound in each of us’, says the Barbican.

Cutting edge technology will allow audiences to sing with a digital quantum choir, experience a fusion of neuroscience and design, and celebrate underground club culture in a collaboration with Boiler Room.

Eleven commissions and installations will take over the Barbican from 22 May to 31 August.
