Amanda from Andaz Hotel’s Lady Abercorn’s Pub and Kitchen made the long walk from Liverpool Street to tell us about her pop-up in conjunction with Bulleit Whiskey; highlights including salted caramel and whiskey ice cream sandwich and Thursday workshops with tattoo consulting with Sophie Mo.

Nigel Mendham from Duke’s Hotel Mayfair dropped by with all the gen’ on his forthcoming ale and cheese pairing featuring some of Paxton and Whitfield’s 300– odd cheeses and specially selected ales to wash them down with.
