BANKSIDE’S FROST FAIR RETURNS

Get ready for a long weekend of merriment and winter festivities at Bankside’s historic Frost Fair this January.

Chase away the winter blues by taking a ride along the Thames by horse and carriage, watching an elephant parade with life-size puppets, and mulled wine galore.

There will also be an artisan market, an outdoor screening of Dr Who, and historic street games to keep you busy.

The fair will recapture the magic of 18th century London when the Thames would freeze over and Londoners would create magical entertainment for all to enjoy.

The Bankside Frost Fair will take place Friday 26 to Sunday 28 January.

Entry to the fair is free, but donations in aid of the Manna Centre are welcome.
