‘Massive Attack’ on pollution at LIDO festival

LIDO festival announces iconic Bristol band, Massive Attack as headliner at London’s first ever 100% battery powered festival.

Massive Attack hosted their first large-scale climate action accelerator, described as the “gold standard for green gigs”, in Bristol last year. The band has helped to rethink how music events can be staged, making it no surprise that LIDO, a festival committed to sustainability, has chosen Massive Attack to headline.

A “fan first festival”, LIDO is centered in the heart of East London, kicking off on Friday 6th June. The 10 day event will parade global stars such as Charli XCX, Jamie xx and London Grammar, on the historic Lido Field in Tower Hamlets.
