Another show full of bangers, old and new. NCT U made an appearance with Boss, followed by SM Town’s group Way V and their new track Frequency which has a heavy hip hop influence. We circled to 2NE1, the OG girl talent who had been out of action for 8 years. Their iconic track, ‘I love you’ helped with the start of the week.

Recent award winners, TWS came with ‘Last Festival’, followed by Ine of Red Velvet with her solo song ‘Like a flower’. Xikers picked up the pace with ‘Tricky House’ from 2023. We had sounds from Triple S with it’s 24 girl members, with ‘Girls Never Die’. We went a little romantic and Christmassy with NCT Wish and their song ‘Wishful Winter’. Apologies for the mistake with the NCT Dream tour info relating to NCT Wish!

We had ‘Official’ from Ichillin followed by Aespa who have been sweeping all the trophies with 7 awards a piece at the recent MNET Mama and Melon Awards. Taeyeon of Girls Generation (who may or may not perform at January’s SMTOWNLIVE is back with her solo song ‘Letter to myself’. Lot’s of activity from SM Town on the show, not intentionally, just all seem to be releasing material. Izna who literally debuted last month via survival show I-Land 2 had their song Izna spun and we played out with two of my favourite bangers, ‘Brought the heat back’ from Enhypen and the iconic ‘Walk’ from NCT 127.
