Tate A World in Common: Contemporary African Photography

Artists spanning a range of countries, generations and perspectives are all on display at Tate’s A World in Common: Contemporary African Photography.

The photographers are united by a desire to interrogate Africa’s legacy, histories and geographies whilst using the medium to reimagine the continent’s place in the world.

The exhibition will take the viewer through ‘Dream like utopias and bustling cityscapes’, touching on themes of spirituality, identity, urbanism, and the climate emergency.
