Flower Burger

Flower Burger is the first vegan fast food burger restaurant to come out of Italy, and this month they have a special edition Ocean Burger on their menu.

The Ocean Burger gets its name from the bright blue colour of the bun, which holds together a mushroom patty, marinated red cabbage and crunchy carrots, all smothered in truffle mayo and guacamole.

Not only are Flower Burger’s green, purple & black buns a great Insta-opportunity, they’re also coloured naturally with superfoods, so you’ll still want to get your buns out when the sun’s out.

The Ocean Burger’s intense turquoise blue comes from spirulina and turmeric is used to make the Spicy Chickpea Burger’s buns as bright as the sunshine.
