If you’re having trouble keeping your houseplants alive, and that green oasis you envisioned is quickly turning droopy and brown, Green Rooms Market is bringing a pop-up store and series of workshops about all things houseplants – called Urban Jungle East – to Old Spitalfields Market this summer.

Talks by the aptly-named Plant Rescuer on common houseplant problems and tips on plant care by pros Alice and Maddie Bailey will clue you up on to how to maintain your greenery and pick the perfect plants for your space, which you can then buy right on site.

You can also get your hands dirty with terrarium building and botanical print workshops instructed by experts London Terrariums and Sally Gunnet. Come a novice, leave the living room ranger with some pieces to show for it.
