Food & Drink Show w Sacred Gin, Docket 33 + Rinkoff Bakery

The Food & Drink show returns with Tanya Dudnikova subbing in for The Preshaah and Abbie Moulton this week.

At 10.30 the team from Sacred Gin are on the line to tell us all about their family-run distillery based in Highgate. They use vacuum distillation and organically sourced botanicals to produce gins, vodkas, whiskies, vermouths & aperitifs, and have recently opened a shop and soon-to-be tasting room on Commercial Street.

Then at 11.00, Tanya chats to chef Stuart Collins of Docket 33, who you might have seen on the Great British Menu tv show last spring. Located in the market town of Whitchurch, Shropshire, Docket 33 offers a Tasting Menu focusing on the best local and seasonal produce sourced from Shropshire, Cheshire & the Welsh Borders.

Rounding off the show, at 11.30 Debs Rinkoff joins us to talk all things Rinkoff Bakery. The bakery is a family run business established all the way back in 1911, offering a tasty selection of goods including their famous crodoughs, which they now deliver all across London.
