On tonight’s Monday Night and Chill – Showcase Artist of the Week ‘CHILDCARE’ stop by. They’ve recently headlined Hoxton’s Closeup Festival and their album ‘Wabi-Sabi’ is coming out on May 31st. We discuss new music, nannying and beers in the shower. As well as that – we’re introduced to CHILDCARE’s ‘Get Well Soon’ scheme – they are hosting a series of wellness workshops featuring mindfulness, yoga – even diet and more. Jodie partakes in a short session and trust us – you will no doubt feel very Zen after this.
