The Great Escape
Dubbed the ‘Cannes of the music world’ (Steve Lamacq) The Great Escapes showcases up and coming artists at over 30 venues across Brighton, including a massive beach stage! What is not to love?
With over 500 acts this year across all genres including Black Honey, Anna Calvi, Fat White Family, AJ Tracey, and Little Simz, there is sure to be something for everyone.
Standalone Spotlight gigs also indicate real highlights in the programme. This year’s Thursday spotlight show will be from chart-topping Lewis Capaldi, followed by Foals on the Friday.
For those in the business, a music industry convention with talks, panel discussions, debates, and networking opportunities will run in parallel to the live music programme.
