Dead Full x Gentlemen Baristas x Kerth Gumbs
The Dead Full boys were joined by more industry professionals this morning. First it up it was Ed & Henry of Gentlemen Baristas followed by Fleming’s Ormer Mayfair Head Chef, Kerth Gumbs.
True to their name the co-founding gents of Gentlemen Baristas treated us to some beautiful cups of El Salvadorian coffee as well as giving some insider knowledge: drop your cafetieres & get an AeroPress!
We then had Kerth Gumbs of Fleming’s Mayfair Ormer hotel restaurant. Kurth talked us through his journey into chefing, from licking rum cake batter off a spoon as a child to training with some of the best chefs in the world.
