Dead Full X Sack Bar
It’s the Dead Full 1st Anniversary Special! Banging out all the usual indie hits, Jordan and the Preshaah were joined by local publican Patrick Frawley, the team from the British Heart Foundation and Barrie Wilson from Sack Bar.
Patrick Frawley is not only the proprietor of The Ten Bells at the end of Brushfield but will also be opening The Gun directly opposite The Hoxton Radio studio in Spitalfields. Patrick told us about his journey to East London and some of the history of his local pubs. The big opening party for The Gun will be happening next Wednesday 30th January.
Tracy and Dan from The British Heart Foundation were in the Hoxton House to tell us all about their Dechox campaign. ‘Dechox’ encourages you to have a chocolate detox in the month of February to promote cardiovascular health whilst raising some money for the charity.
Barrie Wilson brought us a selection of the finest Scottish beverages from Sack Bar, prepared us a very special Burn’s Night cocktail and filled us in on all the preparations in celebration of the the bard’s eve.
