Ecstatic Dance Sundays
Make Sundays the most exciting day of the week! Its official, most gym bods are throwing in their sweaty towels for the new epic phenomenon Ecstatic Dance.
Dancing sober is the new hip & happiness drug on the block, so forget your boring resolutions & rave your socks off in sparkly leggings & glitter paint to banging DJs. Expect to mingle with yogis, ravers & wild free dancers (think Phoebe from Friends).
Ecstatic Dance kicks off at 10am every Sunday of the month at The Old Baths, 80 Eastway, Hackney Wick, London E9 5JH
