This week’s show kicked off with a visit from provider of tasty early morning victuals AYEMbreakfast a new chilled breakfast bowl full of the stuff your body and mind loves. Packed with protein and Omega3… it’s about doing something good for yourself every day, so you can leap out of bed and dance down to the tube.
Jake and Marco from the new Portugese restaurant Casa do Frango at London Bridge dropped in to tell us all about Algarvian cuisine. They gave us the lowdown on the finest Portugese wines, how to make the tastiest piri piri chicken in town and their hidden speak-easy style Cocktail Bar.
Finally we were joined by Biff from Biff’s Jack Shack who have turned jackfruit into burgers and wings that have launched a thousand I-can’t-believe-that’s-vegan moments. Biff’s is about to open a new branch in the E17 supermarket in Walthamstow, launch a retail food brand and currently has a pop-up at Box Park in collaboration with Hellman’s where you can get a free serving of fries if you mention “Veganuary”.
