In the studio we had guest Vittorio from Clapham’s finest pizzeria, Manifesto. Launched just 2 months ago Manifesto produces a small menu of pizaas all made with the finest ingredients. Vittorio told us about his journey from producing pasta for Giorgio Locatelli to supplying London’s top restaurants with his wares.
On 29 November Clapham locals are in for a special treat. Vittorio has teamed up with top chef Mark Hix, who has not only created two special pizzas for the menu, but will also be out delivering the goodies on his vintage red vespa.
