In this first episode of the Hoxton Radio Property show we’re joined by the team from Stirling Ackroyd: Brett and Joe who give us the history behind the estate agents who have been in business since 1986.

The team look at renting across East London comparing Hackney Wick and Clapton as we try and convince our presenter Helen Shephard to move in. Helen is a stylist and also presents the Ideal Home Show and gives us a few insights into the more interesting creations she’s come across recently.

Brett also lets us know about some of the classic characters of old in Shoreditch, including our friend and Hoxton Street Market logo designer Steve Edge who used to ride to work on a horse!

We’ll be comparing prices across the area for rentals and sales, looking at cool places Stirling Ackroyd manage along with tips for renting, buying and selling and letting.
