Elspeth was back from a hiatus get you out of your Easter egg comas with The Alternative Hour, an hour of banging new and classic indie, rock and alternative tunes, peppered with the latest music news and chat.
New music was top of the agenda with release news from Friendly Fires, Sunflower Bean, Hinds and Fall Out Boy.
Track of the week was from the underdog king of Brit Pop, Gaz Coombes with Walk the Walk, self produced, written and recorded by Gaz and taken from his upcoming album World’s strongest Man, released May the 4th
Elspeth’s mouth was still watering after a visit with @thepreshaah to the new vegan burger must-vist joint in town The Vurger Co, located near Shoreditch High Street station and opened March 24th. Tip: get the macaroni cheese, you won’t regret it.
