SOS (summer of shape) workout

SOS Rehydrate have been hot on our heels in 2017 getting us in the gym, keeping us pumped and motivating us throughout training sessions and hitting us with fresh workout regimes.

As the days are getting longer and slightly warmer, its time to start planning your beach body workout and the team at SOS Rehydrate have put together this simple regime for you to do at home, at the gym or even at work.

SOS (summer of shape) workout

3 sets of 30 seconds per exercise with 1 min recovery between sets:

1 – press ups – if not a full press then modified press up with knees on floor
2 – squats finishing off with a calf raise at the end of each up from the squat
3 – situps
4 – dips – use a secure chair and dip down with legs in front. if too difficult then bring legs closer so they are bent at 90 degrees and dip
5 – skipping on the spot (if no rope then quick jumps on the spot)
6 – plank – lie on front arms under body and hold on …
