LC:M: What To Expect Next Season
The fashion world will be ringing in 2016 with men and menswear as LC:M commences on the 8th-11th of January.
Before we know it a few chosen stylish London venues including Victoria House and 180 Strand (take note LFW, they’re not using a car park) will be brimming with the hottest latest designers including Christopher Kane, Agi & Sam and Bobby Abley.
It’s easy to see why LC:M keeps going from strength to strength. The men’s clothing market has seen sales rise by 22% in the last five years. It’s growing at a accelerated rate to womanswear, which may have something to do with the fact that female
fashionista’s have become a lot more invested in men’s clothing.
So with over 77 designers to organise in the schedule and a further 70 designers in the showrooms LC:M AW16 is looking HUGE. Albeit, not as huge as the £14 billion in sales profits expected menswear in the UK to achieve by the end of 2015.
