A mindful meditation of sonic proportions takes place this spring, as the British Museum invites 700 people to join together and share a practice of enlightenment, at an event entitled ‘Just Breathe’
The event strives to support real people, both on and offline, as they practice ‘Modern Mindfulness’ in their every day lives, with simple and subtle steps to be more level.
Through a series of talks, workshops and guided meditation, Just Breathe will enable you to live a more conscious lifestyle, learning skills to effectively deal with stress, relationships improve your productivity.
Just Breathe with Michael Janes Wong takes place on Monday 19th March from 7:30pm at the British Museum.
