Jobs: Grace Forell Producer
The Grace Forell show is one of the longest-running on Hoxton Radio, and as the station continues to grow we’re on the look out for a producer to join the team on Monday evenings.
The show is hosted by Grace with East-London news and foodie features being at the forefront of all the content. This is a specialist music show focusing on Funk, Soul, Rare-Grooves, Disco and Motown (with a few other genres thrown in for good measure!)
Recent bands we’ve had in include Hunck, Stornoway and Arrows of Love, as well as guests from Crate Brewery, Coconut LOVO and comedian John Dredge. We love to have a laugh, keep things light and do live tasting sessions (we eat a lot of cake and we once made sushi live on air).
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to get experience in the radio or music industry. As part of the Hoxton Radio team, you’ll be able to attend events, gigs and launches and build your network.
You’ll be needed on Monday evenings from 5.30pm – 8.30pm and the role will include using MYRIAD to aide the show’s output whilst on air, manning the social media accounts and looking after guests.
Experience would be great but is not essential! If you’re interested in applying email [email protected] with a few lines about yourself, your experience and why you’d like the role.
