We were graced on Hoxton Sport once again this week as founder of SOS Rehydrate James Mayo joined us on the line from America setting us some more training challenges.

September is about going on some brisk walks or other LISS training plus this essential core work at the gym, at home or wherever:

• plank – hold until for 100, 200, 300, 400 count
• then downward dog for 30 count
• then press ups til you break
