Grace Forell w / Ulrika Spacek and Soffles Pitta Chips

This week Grace was joined in the studio by Rhys Edwards – guitarist and singer of uber-cool alt rock band Ulrika Spacek. They chatted about their new album ‘Modern English Decoration’, aptly named since it was recorded in the interior of the band’s house – a Victorian terrace house that was once an art gallery. We also got to play the mesmerizing new single ‘Mimi Pretend’..
Catch Ulrika Spacek on Wednesday night at the Sebright Arms as part of the week-long re-launch party.

Grace also welcomed Sophie – founder of the delicious Soffles Pitta Chips – onto the show to talk about all things bar snacks. They’ve recently launched in selected Waitrose stores and on Ocado, as well as being on offer at Beavertown Brewery and Meantime. Hear how Sophie made the transition from cooking for friends and family to selling her product in East London and beyond.

Tunes this week came from Bloodstone, Bob Dylan and Magazine.
