This week we were joined by Andreas Stumm, Executive Chef at Mr White’s English Chophouse based at the New Road Hotel in Whitechapel.

Andreas filled us in on his culinary career, his working relationship with Marco Pierre White and the Chophouse menu.

On the phone we caught up with Chef Ross Gibbens who oversees the Wellbourne group of restaurants with locations in London, Bristol and the Alpine resort of Salardu.
