We hope you have been enjoying the heat wave as much as us last week. Dave got more excited about a hose pipe ban but that another stories.

Our two guests today are as hot as a hell and we couldn’t wait to get them on.

Firstly we had Tom Cenci executive chef of world renowned Duck and Waffle. Some great nights having breakfast and a cocktail at 4am here We talked his very early career doing work experience picking spinach and cleaning spuds in his home town of Taplow to being sent to Paris in his early 20’s with very little French in his locker.
