Dead Air: Feasts from the Middle East

On the rock n roll radio show today we were fortunate to feast on the fine company of 4 separate persons and patrons plus a Jack Russell dog who you can hear in shot.

Pizza Union make the finest thinnest Italia Roman style fire baked 12” pizza’s and have just opened a new joint in Dalston as head of hunger Bobby told us.

Loving Dalston have been printing the most imaginative and gripping copy about the Greater East London ‘suburbs’ since the days of Fleet Street and their editor David Altheer shared some stories with us.

Comptoir Libanais have been tickling diners with a feast of wonders for a while and now you’ll be able to read about them in a brand new cookbook ‘feasts from the Middle East’ penned by founder Tony Kitous who cut us in on the dish.

Finally the team from Zigfrid who’ve been putting on gigs, parties and first dates since 2004 in Hoxton Square steered us the indie rock electro scene in 2018 with Omar Hoxton.
